Picture this...

You’re lying in bed after another buy day juggling your everyday challenges of work and family life. 

But instead of relaxing, you’re suddenly remembering all the things you didn’t manage to do.  

You didn’t call your friend to find a date to meet for dinner even though you really want to see her. 

The book you’ve been wanting to read is collecting dust on the shelf. 

And the monthly payment to the gym is more frequent than your visits, because it seems next to impossible to motivate yourself after these long days. 

And was the appointment with the doctor this week? Oh dear.

You fall asleep with these thoughts in your head and you wake up not feeling refreshed, but already exhausted. 

You’re wondering how you’re going to make it through the day with that long to do list in your head.

Hi, my name is Mona Stoschek.

I’ve struggled a good part of my life to be organised and get rid of my old, unhelpful habits that held me back. 

Since then I’ve researched and learned a lot about how our brain works and what we can do to make it work for us. 

Today, I’m working on my Masters in the field of psychology while working full time. This is possible because I've got a good morning routine that helps me to be focused and calm.  

Actually, that's nothing new. You might have heard already that it’s the morning that sets the tone for the day, that it makes or breaks your productivity. 

I can confirm this. When I start my day “right”, I feel positive, confident and strong - ready to tackle anything that’s coming at me. 

The important thing is not just to know it, but to implement it. 

If I neglect my routine, the day often feels like sand running through my fingers. I make it through, but I don’t get done what I wanted to do or I’m feeling restless or exhausted. 

Because I think that everybody deserves to feel positive and confident about the new day approaching, I want to share what I learned with others to help as many people as possible.

 

So, how does this work? 

The challenge will start on a Monday. You’ll receive one email a day for 30 days in a row. 

These emails will be quick to read (not more than a couple of minutes) and they'll contain your instructions for the day for your morning routine. 

I will also share lots of insights with you. These will inspire you to reflect and understand where you are now and how you get to where you want to go.

In some of the mails I'll ask you to reply  to me. This way we will be in touch during the challenge (if you like) and I'll be there in case you have any questions.
